Terms for Using Chaos Culture Radio
By using Chaos Culture Radio, you agree to use the site respectfully, follow these terms, and understand how public and Premium content are provided.
Site Usage
You may browse public pages, read articles, listen to episodes, watch live content, download available resources, and use normal site features for personal, non-abusive purposes. Do not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, scrape protected content, or use the site to harass, spam, or harm others.
Public Content
Public articles, podcast pages, live pages, resources, and related materials are provided for commentary, education, entertainment, and editorial purposes. We may update, correct, move, archive, or remove content when needed.
Premium Content
Premium membership provides access to bonus content, extended conversations, behind-the-scenes material, audio drops, and member replays. Premium content is for the purchasing member and may not be redistributed, copied into public archives, resold, or shared in a way that bypasses membership access.
Billing and Refunds
Premium checkout is processed through Stripe. Prices, renewal timing, and payment details are shown at checkout. By completing checkout, you authorize the payment or subscription terms shown there.
Refunds are handled case by case. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly with the email address used at checkout and the relevant transaction details. We may decline refunds for consumed digital content, repeated refund abuse, or requests outside the payment provider's practical processing window.
Intellectual Property
Chaos Culture Radio owns or licenses the site design, writing, audio, video, graphics, branding, downloads, and Premium materials unless otherwise noted. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, sell, or repackage our content without permission.
Third-Party Services
Some features depend on third-party services, including Buttondown for email, Stripe for payments, YouTube for video, Spreaker for podcast audio, and Vercel for hosting. Those services may apply their own terms and policies when you interact with them.
Affiliate, Sponsored, and Review Content
Some pages may include affiliate links, sponsored placements, or product reviews. Those relationships are explained on the Disclosure page and should not be read as a guarantee that a product, service, or tool will fit every visitor.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep the site available, but access can be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, technical issues, or editorial changes. We may update these terms when site features, membership options, or service providers change.
